HARDWARE

Featuring a unique and minimalist design with square corners and vertical slide locks, Modern door hardware minimizes visual distraction and maintains sleek sightlines. Fasteners are stainless steel, and a multi-point lock engages when the door is closed for a secure lock and a tight seal. Choose from keyed or non-keyed locking and finger pulls for units that are pocketed into the wall for access to panels when the door is open.

SILLS

The Modern Multi-Slide Door is designed to work with three sill options to complement a modern lifestyle. A Flush Sill in weather-protected areas, a High Performance Sill for areas exposed to the elements, and, if a sill does not need to be recessed, the Performance Sill offers an ideal option.

Decorative Glass

A variety of decorative glass options are available to meet the unique needs of each project. Laminated glazing is also available in clear, bronze, gray, or green with tinted interlayers.

Performance Glass
Glass is an important aspect for managing the energy efficiency of your home. Standard glazing is two panes of glass with Low-E glazing and argon insulating gas. Triple glass is available as an upgrade which is comprised of three Low-E coated panes of glass and argon gas between the panes. Other variations are available to help meet all climate and code requirements.

SCREENS

When fresh air flow is a priority, multiple screen options are available to keep insects and debris at bay.
Marvin’s Scenic Door Ultimate Sliding Screen is a retractable screen that is easily concealed when not in use. It spans up to 12 feet wide as a single screen that moves in one direction, or up to 24 feet wide with two screens that meet in the middle of your scenic door, with screen heights up to 10 feet. A comfortable handle pull grip makes operating the screen easy and comfortable.

Marvin Lock Status Sensor

Marvin’s Lock Status Sensor works with a variety of security systems to help protect your home. This affordable solution is installed in the factory and fully concealed – meaning no unseemly sensors attached to the exterior, and no additional modification of your product once installed. The sensor can be wired or wirelessly connected, working in tandem with your smart home security system to indicate if windows and doors are closed and locked or unlocked, affording peace of mind when security is paramount.

Marvin Sliding Door Automation

For the ultimate in convenience, open or close Marvin Multi-Slide with wall-mounted and hand-held remote touchpad controls. The motorized system can be adapted to interface with home automation systems and smart phone technologies.

Wireless motion sensor is included, with an interior wall switch available in white, ivory, light almond, or black. A remote is also available, in black.
